RIO
"Rio" is a 16.3 h Pinto gelding owned by my
daughter Nikki. She has competed very successfully in the Jumper
shows and has most recently competed in Gymkhana events at local saddle clubs
and barrel races. With Rio's athletic ability and willingness, he does well at
whatever she tries with him!

MRS. PEELE AND SMOKIE
"Mrs. Peele" takes a nap with Savana and
Smokie lounges outside.

VALENTINE
"Valentine" is a female Queensland/Australian
Shepherd mix born on 2-14-07 (hence her name) My daughter Savana
fell in love with her on a camping trip at Lake Pleasant one
weekend. There was a whole litter of pups and by the end of the day
she convinced her Dad to let her have one and as luck would have it she
was the only pup left when he said "yes". Savana has
already trained her in basic obedience and is doing several agility
obstacles faster than Savana can keep up! She accompanies us on all
our camping trips and rodeos... |

COWBOY
"Cowboy" was given to my daughter Sierra for
her 8th birthday. He was a 2 yr old stud colt barely broke. We
had him gelded and Sierra trained him herself. From trail riding to
gymkhana and rodeo. She won her first saddle on him in 2006 and 2
buckles in 2007! Cowboy will continue as Sierra's main pole horse as
she brings her new horse Lucky along.
Sierra has joined AJRA and QCJRA and will be
competing in Barrels, Poles, Goat Tying, Breakaway and Team Roping.
She ended up 4th in Poles and Team Roping for the 2008
QCJRA season! |

COWGIRL
"Cowgirl" is an AKC registered Australian
Shepherd. Sierra worked hard giving riding lessons and feeding
neighbors animals while they were on vacation to save up the money herself
to buy her. She is training her in obedience and takes her
everywhere...from camping to riding quads to learning to be a trail
dog. Someday she wants to breed her too.

FLEE
"Flee" was just purchased for Savana as her
new barrel and pole horse. She was trained by friend and neighbor,
Rachal, and from the first time Savana rode her they were a team!
Savana also joined AJRA and QCJRA and will be competing in
Barrels, Poles, Goat Tying, Ribbon Roping and Team Roping. |

CASH
"Cash" is a 12yr old AQHA registered gelding who has
been started in barrels and poles, but really excels in roping! He
heads or heals and is super fast. Perfect for an experienced roper.
He has turned out to be too much horse for Sierra and Savana so we are selling
him. Our loss will be someone's gain!

SILVER
"Silver" is a quarter horse gelding with alot
of roping experience. He is proving to be invaluable in teaching
both Sierra and Savana the "ropes". They will both be
competing in team roping with him.
(Nikki's boyfriend, Richard, has been known to sneak off
to a roping with Silver and bring home some winnings!)
Sierra also uses Silver for riding lessons.

LUCKY
"Lucky" is a 12 yr old registered solid Paint. Sierra has started him on barrels and poles and he is
catching on fast! She also is learning to rope off him.
He will be her new junior rodeo horse if all goes well! |

WRANGLER
"Wrangler" is an AQHA registered
gelding. Savana worked hard for a year teaching him gymkhana
patterns and how to turn properly. It paid off as she won a saddle
on him for 2007! Savana and
Wrangler also enjoy taking a break from training and going on trail rides
and riding English. Wrangler is a fantastic mover and would do well
as a hunter. He measures 14.2 and with his gentle nature and love
for kids would make a wonderful show horse!
